Tidyco has appointed Christopher Frain as Commercial Account Manager for a newly created technical support function.

Derby-based Tidyco; a hydraulics and pneumatics supplier to the rail industry for over 40 years continues to invest in its staff. Chris Frain’s promotion will support the business by reducing technical enquires sent to third parties so as to speed up overall response time to its client portfolio.

Furthermore, Chris will be responsible for training team members with regards to an extensive product catalogue. Validating and reducing quotation times will ensure that solutions are delivered in a timely manner.

James Tidy, Managing Director for Tidyco comments;

“Whilst facing some tough competition, Chris shone through as an ideal candidate for the position. Chris has worked for the business over a number of years and as such, has developed some incredibly valuable technical experience.

This new role will dramatically improve the Tidyco service provision. Furthermore, I felt it important to recognise and reward Christopher for his commitment to the company as well as substantial technical prowess.”
