Parker Hannifin Hydraulic Hose Assemblies
Tidyco’s hose assembly workshops offer both new and existing customers the flexibility to manufacture hose assemblies both in high volume or “one off” quantities. In our ISO 9001, Parker Hannifin and BFPA accredited facility. Flexible hose assemblies can be made from rubber, PTFE, thermoplastic and convoluted stainless steel. For low, medium, high and ultra high pressure applications, both hydraulic and pneumatic.
Customer’s who may require Silicon rubber hose for more specialised applications, both in preformed or straight lengths are also catered for at Tidyco. Our exhaustive stock levels cover all types of fittings, with various materials and thread configurations to allow for every eventuality. This enables us to engineer a solution to meet our valued client’s needs.
Once a customer has provided us with a drawing or a sample assembly, this can be designed and manufactured to suit their exact needs. Every conceivable factor is considered and discussed, operating environment, working pressure, fluid medium, fluid temperature, hose routing, etc.
Tidyco also holds and supplies a vast range of hose assembly associated ancillary product ranges, such as quick couplers, hose clamps, P clips, fire sleeve, spiral guard, spring guard and nylon hose sleeve.
Finally and most importantly Tidyco have full traceability on hose assemblies, to ensure both all quality standards are strictly maintained, but also for ease of re-ordering. Each assembly we produce is tagged with a unique “Identihose” label complete with 2D bar code. All the information relating to that assembly is contained on our intensive database, enabling us to retrieve it at the touch of a button.
