Derby-based Tidyco, a supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic products to the UK rail industry for over 40 years, has reached finalist stage for small business and marketing campaign of the year through the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2017.

David Hithersay and Charlotte Bell from Tidyco Climate Control Division attended the nominations celebration held on Thursday 29th June 2017.

Barry Aldridge MCIM, marketing manager for Tidyco comments; “This is really exciting news for the organisation and I am completely thrilled that the company has made it to finalist stage for two categories within the Chambers Business Awards 2017.

Tidyco has enjoyed a successful year, recently reporting profitable growth of 14%. Furthermore, the group has completed a series of marketing driven projects which has resulted in a Parliamentary award nomination by Derby North MP, Amanda Solloway for Responsible Business Champions as well as being accredited with the Government run Cyber Essentials certification.

Barry concludes;

“2017 has been a fantastic year for Tidyco and on a personal level, has been the highlight of my career so far.

Being awarded with MCIM membership through the Chartered Institute of Marketing and receiving Parliamentary recognition for our CSR endeavours is extremely rewarding.

To be finalists for Small Business and Marketing Campaign of the Year through the East Midlands Chamber of Commerce is incredibly important and is recognition of the hard work that has been taking place by the entire team at Tidyco.”
